Shipping Policy

Comfort2prime will make reasonable efforts to ship orders promptly after they are placed.

Delivery times shown on the Website and in this policy are estimates, not guarantees. Comfort2prime is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

The risk of loss of or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Depending on your country, import duties, VAT or GST may be charged on delivery. Where Comfort2prime is registered for VAT/GST in your country, these are included in the price shown at checkout; otherwise they may be collected by the carrier on delivery.

Delivery times and shipping costs

Netherlands: orders are delivered within 4–6 working days. Shipping costs €5.00; free shipping on orders of €60 or more.

Hong Kong: orders are delivered within 3–5 working days. Shipping costs HK$40; free shipping on orders of HK$540 or more.

The expected delivery date and shipping costs are also shown at checkout; these are always the most accurate and up to date.
