1.2 You may withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge, by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or by contacting privacy@comfort2prime.com.

2. Personalized Advertising and Retargeting

ALL CUSTOMERS

2.1 We use your data to personalize your experience and to show you relevant offers and advertisements, including retargeting ads, on our Website, via email, and on third-party platforms such as Meta and Google, with your consent where required by law.

EU / EEA CUSTOMERS

2.2 We only activate advertising and tracking cookies after you have given consent through our cookie preference tool. This applies equally to Swiss and UK visitors. You can withdraw consent or adjust your preferences at any time via the cookie settings link in our Website's footer, or by changing your browser's cookie settings.

3. How We Share Your Data

ALL CUSTOMERS

3.1 We may share your personal information, including aggregated and anonymized data, with our service providers, marketing partners, and advertising companies to help us process orders, improve our products and services, and deliver personalized offers and advertising -- including for building custom and lookalike advertising audiences, running co-marketing initiatives with selected partners, and using analytics or data enrichment services.

3.2 We require these partners to handle your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws and solely for the purposes described in this policy.

3.3 Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before sharing your information for these purposes. You may withdraw consent or opt out at any time via the cookie settings link in our Website's footer, or by contacting privacy@comfort2prime.com.

3.4 We do not sell your personal information for money.

3.5 If you submit a review, photo, video or other content ("User-Generated Content") through our Website or by tagging us on social media, that content -- and any personal data it contains, such as your image -- may be used and displayed publicly by us in accordance with the licence described in our Terms and Conditions. See Section 10 of our Terms and Conditions at https://www.comfort2prime.com/policies/terms-of-service for details, including how to request that we stop using such content.
